Berry Merry Holiday Punch

A holiday party isn't complete without some punch. Try this mix of cranberry juice and ginger ale to really wow your guests!

Berry Merry Holiday Punch
Ingredients
  • 48 ounces light cranberry-raspberry juice, chilled

  • 1 box (0.3 ounces) sugar-free raspberry gelatin

  • 1 1/2 liters diet ginger ale, chilled

Directions
  1. Boil 2 cups of juice in a large pan. Dissolve gelatin in it, and stir in the remaining chilled juice.

  2. Place this mixture in freezer in zip-top bags for 4 hours.

  3. Then let it thaw for about 1 hour. Place slush in a punch bowl, gently stir in ginger ale, and serve immediately.
