zesty grilled veggies


  • 4 zucchini cut diagonally into 1/2 inch slices.

  • 3 each red and yellow peppers cut into 1/2 inch strips.

  • 1/4 cup kraft italian dressing.

  • 1/4 cup kraft 100% grated parmesan cheese

  1. heat grill to medium. place vegetables in grill basket. grill 10 minutes or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally. place in bowl. add dressing; toss to coat. sprinkle with cheese

they is a great and tasty recipe, I also add onions, sweet or red . I use a grill basket, or grill pan or skewers for this, and if I just do the zucchini, just cut in 1/2 or 1/3's the long way and put directly on the grill ( oil first). If you like some heat, add jalapenos, roast them whole or sliced, remove the seeds to reduce the heat a little.

We cook out and grill using these veggies and Italtian dressing. But we soak our veggies over night in a bottle of Italian dressing. This is Devine..
