Make sloppy Joes without the added sugar!

No Added Sugar Sloppy Joes
Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey

  • 1 cup Trinity Hill Farms No Added Sugar Ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon Fructevia, Stevia Blend or very tiny dash of Stevia Powder

  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard

  • 1/4 cup diced green pepper

  • 1/4 cup diced onion

Directions
  1. Place the turkey, diced onions and green pepper in a large skillet over medium heat, cook until evenly brown, and drain.

  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, mix the Trinity Hill Farms No Added Sugar Ketchup, Fructevia, Steviva Blend or Stevia Powder, vinegar, and mustard. Mix in the turkey. Cook, stirring often, 30 minutes.

No, no, no! Who needs sugar anyway in sloppy joes? Saute the meat with onions and sweet peppers and garlic, stir in tomato paste and a tiny dash of sugar, red wine vinegar, black pepper and some cayenne or minced jalapenos to taste, and there you are!
