Turkey Roll-ups

Ingredients
  • 12 (1 oz slices) oven roasted Turkey Breast

  • 6 slices 3/4 once each fat free mozzarella cheese

  • 16 oz frozen broccoli spears (12 spears)thawed and drained well

  • 1 jar (12 ounces) fat-free turkey gravy

Directions
  1. On a clean countertop, lay out two turkey slices, overlaing somewhat and oriented so that you will be able to roll them into a cylinder shape. Lay one slice of cheese on the turkey slice closest to you. Place two broccoli spears on the cheese and roll the turkey and cheese around the broccoli. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat to make five more roll-ups. Place in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until baking time.

  2. When ready to bake preheat oven to 350 degree. Pour gravy evenly over roll-ups, cover the pan with foil, and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through. To cook in the microwave, cover pan with microwave safe plastic wrap instead of foil and heat at 100% for 5-6 minutes or until heated through.
