Fruit Jam or Jelly

everybody enjoys a little sweet jam on their toast in the morning. Now you can enjoy the jam without all of the sugar.

 Fruit Jam or Jelly
Ingredients
  • 5 CUPS FRUIT, CUT INTO SMALL PIECES

  • 1 BOX Sure -Jell No Sugar Needed

  • 2 Boxes Gelatin Sugar Free

  • Peaches, strawberry, blueberry, figs, grapes, & etc.

  • 6 1/2 pints jar's with lis & ring.

Directions
  1. 5 Cups Cut fruit into small pieces with its juice;

  2. Boil for 3 minutes; ADD, 1 box Sure-Jell {No Sugar Needed}, boil for 1 minute; Add, 2 boxes Gelatin { Sugar Free } YOUR FLAVOR, Boil for 2 minutes.

  3. Pour into jar's while hot. Makes @ 5 to 6 1/2 pints. I refrigerate after opneing. I make over 5 cases of fruit a year. I use strawberry & strawberry gelatin, figs with strawberry gelatin, figs with peach gelatin, blueberries with grape gelatin, peaches with peach gelatin, & etc.

I use this very same recipe because it is so easy. My favorite is the peach. I don't make as much as you each year, but I make quite a bit.
