Spice mix for any thing you want to eat

  • 1/2 cup salt

  • 1tbls garlic powder

  • 1 tbl of celery powder

  • 1 tbls onion powder

  • 1/4 cup of Lowry's seasoned salt

  • 1/tsp of dry mustard

  • 1/9 cup of pepper (white or black)

  • 1/8 cup of paprika

  1. Mix all together and put in sprinkle bottle or old salt shaker, put remaining in a baggie and save till needed. great on anything you can eat. No Kidding here.

Nutritional Facts

High salt unless the salt is omitted and it can be substitued for with low salt of no salt.

This sounds like a season mix to send your blood pressure through the sky! Too much salt for me at 1/2 and 1/4 cups.

I substituted the Lowry's for Mrs. Dash and used it on grilled talapia last night. It was GREAT!!! Thank you.

dont use too much - you can over do a good thing - ligthly is the word for this
