sounds great! turkey meat meat tastes just as good as beef. we use it all the time in tacos, spaghetti and anything else that asks for beef.

I am the same way with fish. I know I need to eat it. I get it out to cook, but it is so hard for me to cook it. I usually end up liking it, but getting it on the table is most of the battle. Ground turkey is more flexible. I made little turkey meatballs the other day and they were yummy.

This is a nice twist. I am trying to phase out ground beef from our diets so turkey recipes are very helpful.
