Lasagna With Alfredo Sauce

  • raw wholewheat lasagna noodles 9 of them

  • 1-1/4 cup cheese

  • 8 oz cooked pork sausage

  • 1 15 oz jar alfedo sauce

  • 2 4 oz cans mushrooms drained

  1. spray 9x9 inch square glass pan

  2. the put 3 noodles on bottom break to over lap them

  3. put some sauce 1 can of mushrooms then some meat then

  4. 1/4 cup cheese then make second layer like first layer,

  5. last layer put rest of sauce and meat and 3/4 cup of cheese.

  6. then cover and bake it on 350 for 50 mins let it cool then cut into 9 squares.then serve.

This will be a great addition to my Italian recipe file; mom is not a big fan of tomato based sauces & I'm always on he lookout for alternatives.
