Blueberry Drop Biscuits

Blueberry Drop Biscuits
Ingredients
  • 1 c. flour

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder (low sodium)

  • 2 tbsp. butter or margarine

  • 1/2 c. 2% milk

  • 1/2 c. blueberries

  • cooking spray

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Spray baking sheet.

  3. Combine flour, salt and baking powder.

  4. Cut in butter.

  5. Add milk.

  6. Carefully fold in blueberries.

  7. Drop by tbsp. onto sheet.

  8. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly browned.

those sound really good and they seem good for diabetics too.thanks i am goin to have to try them

Oh it does look good! I have not thought of blueberry biscuits but I am a fan of anything blueberry!
