Tuna and Bacon Bites

Ingredients
  • 2 lean bacon rashers (slices of bacon)

  • 2 cups mashed sweet potato

  • 425g (15 ounces) canned tuna

  • 1 brown onion finely chopped

  • 1 egg lightly beaten

  • plain flour

  • 2 tbs oil

Directions
  1. place bacon in pan and cook until crispy drain and combine with potato, tuna, onion and egg mixing until well combined.

  2. roll in to balls and toss in flour shaking off excess. Heat oil in pan and cook bites for 5 minutes or until well browned all over and heated through
