Waldorf Salad

Chicken, apples, grapes, celery and walnuts combined to make a crunchy and flavorful salad perfect for lunch.

Waldorf Salad
Ingredients
  • Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt

  • 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

  • Salad:

  • 1 cup apple, chopped

  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon dried cranberry, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped

Directions
  1. Whisk dressing ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Combined salad ingredients and toss with dressing. Chill for 30 minutes.
