Yummm, in the summer I use a scoop of sf ice cream instead of the milk and put in blender for a smooth frap.

Nesquick- yukk, never! I use plain chocolate powder, plus French roast coffee plus unsweetened chocolate almond milk. I have tried to discipline myself to like it like that, without any sweetener, but otherwise I may add just a bit, maybe 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of sugar. Better a little bit of sugar than fake s****.

I like my chocolate bitter so I use 70% de-fatted chocolate powder that has no added sugar nor "fake" sugar. And then add the milk.

Sounds good. I also do the same with carmel. I get the sugar free carmel flavored syrups available at most grocery stores. If you want a frapuccino just put everything in the blender and puree it.
