Atkins Bread

Ingredients
  • 2 cups atkins all prupose baking mix

  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 packet (1g) sweetner

  • 1 1/8 cold water

  • 3 tbsp oil

Directions
  1. Pre-heat to 350 spray loaf pan.

  2. Blend together baking mix, baking powder, salt, sugar substitute in a large mixing bowl. Add water and oil gradually, stirring with spoon or spatula to combine into dough.

  3. With spatula, take the dough out of the bowl and place on clean surface lightly coated with olive oil spray, also coat hands with spray and gently shape the dough into long roll.

  4. Carefully place the dough into loaf pan.

  5. Bake at 350 for 60 min or until bread sounds hollow when tapped.

  6. Place on wire rack and allow to completely cool before slicing.
