Parmesan Crisps

  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese

  • Fresh chopped rosemary

  • Fresh cracked pepper

  1. Mix all ingrediants using rosemary and cracked pepper to taste.

  2. Sprinkle a spoonful of cheese and herb blend "loosely" onto parchment or silpat. It is best to sprinkle this sparsely to make a lacier snack crisp.

  3. Bake at 350 for minutes until cheese begins to melt and lightly browns. Remove from cookis sheet when cool. Store in an airtight container.

  4. The amount of crisps you get will depend on how large or small you make them, but you want them to be thin and crispy.

  5. These are great as snacks or with salads as an alternative to croutons.
