Strawberry Pie

Skip the crust and feast on this sweet strawberry dessert with a rock-bottom carb count of only 6g!

Strawberry Pie
Ingredients
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries { no sugar added if frozen)

  • 1 box fat free/sugar free cooked vanilla pudding

  • 2 cups cold water

  • 1 box sugarfree strawberry jello

Directions
  1. Place sliced strawberries in pie plate cook pudding as directed EXCEPT use WATER not milk when pudding comes to full boil remove from heat and stir in jello cool slightly and pour over strawberries and chill til set. Top w/whipped cream or sugar free topping if desired

this is a good recipe but it doesn't look anything like the picture. Why not put a picture of the actual finished product?

My problem with this recipe is that I cannot use sugar free products because of the aspartame in them. So how do I do sugar free without it?

This pudding is great. I topped it with sliced bananas. everybody at the family get together loved it and ate the whole thing.

If you want to make it a little more solid, try mixing in a container of sugar free Cool Whip. Excellent for deserts!

It's a pie for diabetics…there shouldn't be a crust. THAT'S where all the carbs are!

This is strawberries in a sauce. It is in no way a pie. It sounds great, and really easy, so call it whatever you want.
