Bavarian Cabbage

Ingredients
  • 1 medium cabbage

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

  • 3 Tbsp butter,melted

  • 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Cut the cabbage into 8 wedges and place in a 9x13 baking dish. Add the water to the dish, season the cabbage with salt and pepper, and cover tightly with foil. Bake for 40 minutes, or until tender. Remove the cabbage to a serving platter. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and the caraway seeds; pour over the cabbage and serve.
