Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 6 medium-sized red potatoes(About 2lbs.),scrubbed and cut into large chunks

  • 8 garlic cloves

  • 1/3 cup reduced sour cream

  • 2 Tbsp butter

  • Salt to taste

  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions
  1. Place the potatoes and the garlic cloves in a soup pot and add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender;Drain and place in a large bowl. Mash the potatoes and garlic along with the remaining ingredients,until smooth and well blended. Serve immediately.
