A boneless twist on the classic buffalo wings.Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. boneless,skinless chicken breast, cut into 12 strips
1/4 cups hot pepper sauce
In a large skillet,melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and hot pepper sauce and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink and the sauce thickens and coats the chicken. Serve immediately. To capture that traditional Buffalo wings flavor, serve these with celery sticks and low-fat blue cheese dressing for dipping.
