Buffalo Chicken Strips

A boneless twist on the classic buffalo wings.

Buffalo Chicken Strips
Ingredients
  • 1TBSP. butter

  • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless,skinless chicken breast, cut into 12 strips

  • 1/4 cups hot pepper sauce

Directions
  1. In a large skillet,melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and hot pepper sauce and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink and the sauce thickens and coats the chicken. Serve immediately. To capture that traditional Buffalo wings flavor, serve these with celery sticks and low-fat blue cheese dressing for dipping.

I'm confused on the Servings - it says it feeds 10 with 3 strips per serving so that means you should have 30 strips but you only cut the chicken into 12 strips - so is it 10 servings or 4?

If your thinking about serving this at a party don't forget the celery sticks and Blue cheese dressing(Light). Enjoy the party.
