Garlic Roasted Chicken

Ingredients
  • 4 Bone-in chicken breast halves,skinless

  • 2 TBSP olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano

  • 1TBSP. basil, chopped

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 1/2tsp. black pepper

  • 10 garlic cloves,sliced

Directions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degress. Place the chicken in a 9x13 baking dish; set aside. In a small bowl combind the other ingrediants, except for the garlic cloves,sliced. Mix well and brush over the chicken. Sprincle the garlic over the chicken. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the chicken is golden outside and no longer pink inside, turning occasionally.
