These garlic pita chips are quick, tasty, and a great partner for some delicious hummus!Ingredients
6 6-inch whole wheat pita breads
Nonstick Vegetable Spray
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut each pita into 8 equal wedges. Separate each wedge into 2 pieces.
Coat both sides of pita wedge lightly with the nonstick vegetable spray and place in a single layer on a large baking sheet; sprinkle with the garlic powder. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Allow the crisps to cool; serve immediately, or store in an airtight container.
