Shrimp Remoulade

Ingredients
  • 2 lb cooked shrimp , peeled

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp horseradish

  • 2 tbsp stoneground mustard (or country Dijon)

  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley

  • 6fresh green onions , sliced

  • 1 pinch salt , to taste (optional)

  • 1 pinch black pepper (to taste)

Directions
  1. Place shrimp in large bowl, set aside.

  2. In separate bowl combine mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, lemon juice, parsley, and green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Combine mixture with shrimp, fold gently.

  4. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve
