Orange-Broiled Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt

  • 3 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate , thawed

  • 2 tsp fresh thyme

  • 2 tsp grated orange peel

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper , freshly ground

  • 24 oz Chicken, broiler/fryer, thigh, with o skin, raw

Directions
  1. Preheat broiler.

  2. Combine yogurt, orange juice concentrate, thyme, orange zest, and pepper in an 8" square baking pan.

  3. Add chicken and coat thoroughly. Let stand for 5 minutes.

  4. Broil chicken mixture 5" from heat for 15 minutes, turning once.

  5. Serve with yogurt mixture

This sounds good, But I have a problem with the last line of the directions. I hope you mean to cook the chicken in the pan with the yogurt mixture and not just use it as marinade. I would never use the yogurt mixture after having put the raw chicken in it, unless it was cooked also.
