Herbed Dip

It’s absolutely delicious and it couldn’t be easier: just blend 5 simple ingredients!

Herbed Dip
Ingredients
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese

  • 4 tbsp lowfat plain yogurt

  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped onion (or chives)

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1/4 tsp dried dill weed

Directions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.

  2. Pour the mixture into a clean container.

  3. Cover and chill

This looks really good. Great alternative to ranch dressing as a dip for celery, carrot sticks and radish slices that I usually keep in the fridge…the regular cottage cheese and plain yogurt has less carbs though.
