Apple Walnut Dip
Ingredients
  • 8 ounces yogurt, plain, non-fat

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, fat-free

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

  • 1 apple, medium

  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions
  1. Beat together yogurt, cream cheese and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Shred apple and add it to yogurt mixture, along with chopped nuts and sugar. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with apple or pear wedges, or spread on graham crackers.

i have made something like this used cream cheese pumpkin pie spice brownsugar this does sound good though
