Cheesy BBQ Chicken Triscuits

Ingredients
  • 2oz. shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 5-6oz cooked chicken breast

  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

  • 16 Triscuit crackers

  • 1 green onion

Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350

  2. Slice the chicken breast into 16 thin slices

  3. Spread the triscuits on baking sheet

  4. Combine the chicken strips and BBQ sauce

  5. Place two strips on each triscuit

  6. Top nwith shredded cheese and bake for 4-5 minutes.

  7. Use the green onion chopped very well for garnish

16 Triscuits and 16 thinly sliced chicken breast pieces+2 pieces per Triscuit= 32 slices of chicken ?

We make these at home quite often but use the garlic triscuits and pepperoni and mushroom along with 3 cheese spaghetti sauce.. great snacks that even the kids will love
