Frozen Fruit Sorbet

Ingredients
  • 2 meddium bananas

  • 1 c sliced strawberries

  • 2 tbs water

  • 1tbs lemon juice

Directions
  1. Peel bananas and cut into 1-inch pieces. Place banana slices and strawberry in a waxed paper lined 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Cover and freeze for about 2 hours or until completely frozen. In a food processor combine frozen fruit, water and lemon juice. Cover and process until smooth.
