Summer Jewel Salad
Ingredients
  • 4 cup fresh cherry tomatoes , halved

  • 2 tbsp fresh chives , chopped

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper , freshly ground

  • 1 tsp sea salt

Directions
  1. Mix together tomatoes, chives, oil, and pepper. Spoon onto serving plates and season with salt. Serve at room temperature.

  2. Additional Information

  3. Add a coarse kosher sea salt just before serving for the added crunch.
