Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  • 3 oz Fish, tuna, white, with water, drained, can

  • 1 tsp Dressing, mayonnaise, low sodium, low calorie

  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice , a squeeze

  • 1/4 cup chopped zucchini , shredded

  • 5 pitted calamata olives , 5 to 10

  • 1/4 cup Corn, yellow, sweet, kernels, fresh , grilled

  • 1 tsp Salad Dressing, vinaigrette, classic Italian

Directions
  1. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, corn, shredded zucchini, olives, and dressing. Chill and serve.
