Great idea but to keep the carbs low, use cucumber slices, zucchini slices and celery ribs rather than high carb trisket crackers. I know veggies were suggested but the triskets will screw up the low carb value of the recipe. Also, pepper slices are good low carb dippers as well.

This is really good. The whole family loves it. Good with veggies, pita chips or anything you eat with dip

Have been making this for years, but never really thought it as healthy. I have always served this with raw veggies as well as chips and whole grain crackers for dipping. This one has always been a hit at get togethers.

I'm just guessing since I haven't tried it but I think kale chips or cauliflower florets would be good w/ this.

Giving this 5 Stars as this is almost like the original Spinach Dip I make often.
I used Sour Cream but love Hellmann's Real Mayo, so will try this one you posted.
I am sitting here munching on some Pretzel Sticks and your picture is making want it NOW

I made this tonight and served with sliced red peppers and crispy thin triskets. It was dinner, so it didn't make 22 servings for us, but I do have about 1/4 leftovers for tomorrow. My husband ate probably 1/2 the pie pan, and he doesn't usually eat cooked spinach. I taped the recipe inside my Williams-Sonoma appetizer cookbook so I'll be sure to be able to find it again. Thanks Chef Tommy!

Excellent, I have all the ingredients. I'm making this for dinner with fresh veggies! Is the grated cheese parmesan? Glad to see you submitting your yummy recipes again!
