1 cup shredded cauliflower
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup broccoli stems shredded well
1 medium jalapeno pepper finely diced
2 tbsp Besan ( chick-pea flour )
1 tbsp curry powder
Mix the fritter ingredients together, using enough Besan to make the batter sticky.
Taste and adjust salt and seasonings as desired. Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes.
Heat oil in a saucepan or fryer to medium heat. appx 325 degrees.
Using a spoon, scoop a little batter into the spoon and drop into hot oil.
Fry until golden brown. Allow to drain and serve with a dip or your choice of chutney.
To make Bason:: 1/2 cup dried chick-peas ground in food processer.
