I am allergic to strawberries and due to increased calcium, must stay away from the Almond Milk. I used tart cherries and a sweet nectarine instead. (Ran out of blueberries). It turned out okay and tasted great. I used the flax seeds, but put them in the blender first and did a quick grind. Hope this helps.

I tried this. Delicious. I did add a bit more Splenda to make it a little sweeter. Sugar did not spike and tasted great. Thanks for sharing.

Try with a mix of blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Grind the flax seed in a coffee grinder to reduce grit.

That sounds good, even for an old man, but I always forget almond milk when I'm grocery shopping.
