Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt

  • 2 packets sugar substitute

  • 1 cup banana, sliced 1/4-inch thick

  • 1/2 cup peeled apple, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

  • 1/2 cup peeled pear, cut into 1/2-inch piece

Directions
  1. Preparation time: 10 minutes

  2. Place the yogurt in a small serving bowl. Add the sugar substitute and stir well.

  3. Add the bananas, apples, and pears. Mix and serve immediately.
