1 (12 oz can) evaporated milk
3 Tbsp cocoa
1/4 cup diet margarine
4 pkts sugar substitute
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 cups rice cereal crushed then blended
8 pkts sugar substitute
1/4 cup nuts finely chopped
combine milk and cocoa in saucepan; cook and beat over low heat til cocoa is dissolved. Add margerine, 4 pkts sugar substitute, & salt. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook for 5 min.
remove from heat; add ceral crumbs and vanilla. Cool 15 min. Add 8 pkts sugar substitute.
Divide in half; roll each half into a tube shape and roll in finly chopped nuts
wrap in wax paper, chill over night. Cut into 16 slices
