Low Fat Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

  • 1/2 cup low fat buttermilk

  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons champagne or white-wine vinegar

  • 1 pkt. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix

Directions
  1. Whisk buttermilk, mayonnaise, champagne (or white-wine) vinegar, and dressing package in a small bowl until smooth. Refridgerate 20 minutes before serving.

  2. (To achieve a thinner dressing, use skim milk to thin. Add a tablespoon at a time to achieve desired consistency.)
