1 1/4 cups grind espresso or a dark roast coffee
1 cinnamon stick broken
6 cups of water
2 1/2 tsp of sugar substitute
2 1/2 cups skim milk
In your filter basket of your drip coffee pot place the coffee and the broken cinnamon stick.
On the oven, heat the milk until it is giving off a faint steam.
Place half of the milk into your blender and blend until it has reached a foamy texture.
Pour your milk over your coffee and add some foam on the top.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for your second batch of lattes.
