By Lula Tiencken

  • An easy to make pound cake that uses a reduced fat baking mix as the base. Lemon yogurt, juice and grated lemon peel provide a rich flavor. All this, and only 6 grams of fat per serving.

This is NOT a recipe for diabetics and not for those who do NOT want to become diabetic, period.

Thanks Lula for sharing,
I love pound cake. I make special recipes like this for my family who are not diabetics. I feel special when I can take a taste.

Sounds nice but I think your carb count per serving is off. For 10 servings it looks like around 25g of carb, not 16g.
