1 pkg. fresh cranberries
2 Cups water
1cup equivalent of Splenda, or any other sweetner
2 small boxes of sugar-free red jello
2 cups diced celery
1 large can (15oz) pinneapple in own juice
1 cup chopped walnuts
Bring cranberries to a boil in 2 cups of water. Remove from heat when berries have popped open. Add sweetner and set aside to cool.
Dissolve 2 small boxes or 1 large box of red gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water. Add cranberry mixture and stir. Add celery, pineapple, and walnuts. Pour into pan, bowl, or mold and refrigerate until set.
