Fresh Tomato Salsa

2 medium tomatoes, seeded, chopped (2 cups)

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1 Tablespoon lime juice

1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded, chopped (2 Tablespoons)
In a small non-metal bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Store covered in refrigerator up to 5 days. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
