Fresh Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
  • Nutrition information is for serving size 1 Tablespoon

  • 2 medium tomatoes, seeded, chopped (2 cups)

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice

  • 1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded, chopped (2 Tablespoons)

Directions
  1. In a small non-metal bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Store covered in refrigerator up to 5 days. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
