ANGEL’S DELIGHT DESSERT

Ingredients
  • Angel Food Cake

  • 16 oz carton fat free sour cream

  • 1 cup skim milk

  • 5 oz box sugar free instant vanilla pudding

  • 1 pint unsweetened fruit thawed

  • Sugar substitute to taste

  • Cornstarch or tapioca

  • 1 small or medium container of fat free, light or sugar free whipped topping

Directions
  1. LAYER I

  2. Angel Food Cake: Enough 1” slices to cover the bottom of a 9”x13” baking dish.

  3. LAYER II

  4. oz carton fat free sour cream

  5. cup skim milk

  6. oz box sugar free instant vanilla pudding

  7. Blend together and spread over angel food cake.

  8. LAYER III

  9. pint unsweetened fruit thawed

  10. Heat fruit and thicken with cornstarch or tapioca until the consistency of pie filling.

  11. Sweeten to taste with sugar substitute.

  12. Spread over pudding mixture.

  13. LAYER IV

  14. small or medium container of fat free, light or sugar free whipped topping

  15. Spread over fruit topping.

  16. Chill at least 1 hour and serve. (Serves 12)
