Angel Food Cake
16 oz carton fat free sour cream
1 cup skim milk
5 oz box sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 pint unsweetened fruit thawed
Sugar substitute to taste
Cornstarch or tapioca
1 small or medium container of fat free, light or sugar free whipped topping
Angel Food Cake: Enough 1” slices to cover the bottom of a 9”x13” baking dish.
oz carton fat free sour cream
cup skim milk
oz box sugar free instant vanilla pudding
Blend together and spread over angel food cake.
pint unsweetened fruit thawed
Heat fruit and thicken with cornstarch or tapioca until the consistency of pie filling.
Sweeten to taste with sugar substitute.
Spread over pudding mixture.
small or medium container of fat free, light or sugar free whipped topping
Spread over fruit topping.
Chill at least 1 hour and serve. (Serves 12)
