Crepes with passion fruit

  • 25 g whole flour

  • 25 g of soy flour

  • Skim milk 20 cl

  • 1 whole egg

  • pulp of 2 passion fruit

  • 30 cl of juice in cardboard fruit cocktail

  • 1 tsp. tablespoons sunflower oil

  • 15 g brown sugar

  1. In a bowl, add the two flours and form a well there. Break the egg and add skim milk, whisking until smooth. Leave the dough in a warm place.

  2. In a skillet, pour oil and heat over low heat. Pour a ladle of batter, spread and cook on both sides. In a skillet, add the juice and sugar, bring to boil while stirring. Stir the pulp of passion fruit. Pour onto a plate and put the crepe closed above. Bon appetite.
