Broccoli Ham Ring

  • Approx. 3 Cups Broccoli (not cooked)

  • Approx. 1 1/2 cups chopped ham

  • 1/3 cup low fat mayonnaise

  • 1/2 tsp. mustard

  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

  • 2 1/2 cups cheese (give or take a bit depending on your liking)

  • 2 pkgs. crescent rolls

  • 3/4 cup onions (diced)

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix broccoli, cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, ham, and onions in a large bowl. Set aside.

  3. Take crescent rolls and spread out in a circle so that the larger end faces in (each end should over lap the ones on its side a bit) You may use any pan large enough for this purpose. (Do not grease the pan.)

  4. Put the mix onto each roll and roll over the tops. They should be bulging and will not close all the way.

  5. Cook for approx 20-24 minutes or until golden.

  6. ENJOY!!!

Actually just so every one knows, I forgot to change the servings per recipe so the correct amount is 16 pieces which are 12g of carbs each
