Chicken and Cheese Cassrole

  • 6 Corn Tortillas

  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (OR Cream of Mushroom Soup)

  • 1/2 can of water

  • 1 can diced Green Chile (either hot, medium or mild.)

  • 10 0z. Mexican Blend Cheese (or Chedder Cheese)

  • 1 pkg Tyson Grilled Chicken

  1. In small bowl, combine soup, water and Chile. Set aside.

  2. In medium casserole dish, layer 3 Tortillas torn into pieces. Layer with 1/3 cheese and 1/2 soup mixture. Add package of Chicken cut inot bite size bits. Second layer. 3 Tortillas, 1/3 Cheese and other 1/2 Soup mixture. Top with last of the cheese.

  3. Bake in 400 degree oven 35 to 45 Minutes. Or until bubbly.

  4. Serve with a side of Green Salad.
