Quick and easy Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies

  • Serving size: 2 Cookies

  • Heat oven: to 350 degrees

  • Bake: about 10 Minutes, until center

  • is dry

  • 1 C Chunky Peanut Butter

  • 1 C Splenda (24 packets)

  • 1 large egg

  1. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet., Use fork to mash cookies into shape and size you desire. Bake. Cool and eat.

I guess I shouldn't rate this recipe since I've not made it with Splenda yet but I made it many times years ago with sugar and they are great, just make sure to let them set on the baking pan to cool before removing them or they'll fall apart.
