Milk Pudding

  • 3 T Cornstarch

  • 1/4 C Sugar Blend Splenda

  • Dash of Salt

  • 1/2 C cold milk

  • 2 1/2 C milk, scalded

  • 1 t Vanilla

  1. Mix Corn starch, Sugar and salt; combine with cold milk. Gradually add hot milk.

  2. Cook in microwave in 30 second intervals until thickened to pudding consistancy.

  3. Serve with fresh, canned or frozen fruit of your choise.

  4. ******Also: Butterscotch Pudding

  5. Substitute Brown Sugar Blend Splenda for Sugar Blend Splenda.

  6. Add 3 T Land o' Lakes Butter to hot milk and desolve before adding.
