YUM No Bake Sugar Free Cheesecake

  • 1 Large Gram Cracker Crusr With 2 extra servings

  • 1 c water -Boiling

  • 1 sm. pg Lemon flavored sugar free jello

  • 1 pg 1/3 less fat cream chese

  • 1 tub sugar free cool whip

  1. In a small bowl disolve jello in boiling water. Set aside to cool.

  2. In large bowl, using large spoon mash and stir cream cheese until about doubled in size.

  3. Add alternatly, 1/3 at a time, cooled jello, then cool whip, stirring well each time.

  4. Using a spatula, transfer mixture to crust.

  5. Refridgerate at least 4 hours before serving.

  6. (For best results I make sure there are no white or yellow streaks in mix.)
