1 Large Gram Cracker Crusr With 2 extra servings
1 c water -Boiling
1 sm. pg Lemon flavored sugar free jello
1 pg 1/3 less fat cream chese
1 tub sugar free cool whip
In a small bowl disolve jello in boiling water. Set aside to cool.
In large bowl, using large spoon mash and stir cream cheese until about doubled in size.
Add alternatly, 1/3 at a time, cooled jello, then cool whip, stirring well each time.
Using a spatula, transfer mixture to crust.
Refridgerate at least 4 hours before serving.
(For best results I make sure there are no white or yellow streaks in mix.)
