Pineapple Pie Filling

Ingredients
  • 1 graham cracker crust (see under Graham Cracker Crust)

  • 1 package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 cup diet sour cream

  • 1 cup dietetic canned crushed pineapple, drained

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar substitute

Directions
  1. Prepare graham cracker crust. Place crust in a 9" pan. In a bowl, combine the pudding mix and sour cream. Beat well until completely blended. Add the pineapple. Stir well. Add the sugar substitute. Stir until well blended. Pour into the prepared graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
