Graham Cracker Crust

Ingredients
  • 1 cup finely crushed graham crackers

  • 1/2 cup melted diet margarine

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the crushed graham crackers and melted diet margarine in a bowl. Mix well. Press into the bottom and on the sides of a 9" pie pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

  2. YIELDS 1 PIE CRUST (10 SLICES).

I think the diet margarine is called for to keep the calorie and carb counts down. Cause the filling hasnt been added yet! haha :)
