Pie Crust

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 teaspoon sugar substitute

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt substitute

  • 3 Tablespoons vegetable shortening

  • 3 Tablespoons ice water

Directions
  1. In a bowL, combine the flour, sugar substitute, and salt substitute. Add the vegetable shortening, and cut with 2 knives or pastry cutter. Add the ice water and knead until well mixed. If needed, more ice water can be added. Place on a floured board. Roll out to desired thickness.

  2. YIELDS 1 PIE CRUST (10 SLICES).
