Peanut Butter and Banana Fudge

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup plain cold mashed potatoes

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt substitute

  • 1/3 cup dietetic peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup mashed ripe bananas

Directions
  1. Mix together the mashed potatoes and salt substitute. Add peanut butter and bananas. Press mixture into an 8" by 8" square pan. Refrigerate until set, appr. 4 hours. Cut into 1" squares, 1/2" deep. This is a soft fudge and so yummy.

  2. YIELDS 48 PIECES.
