Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients
  • 4 cups carob

  • 1/8 teaspoon artificial sweetener

  • 2 cups dietetic peanut butter

Directions
  1. Melt carob and sweetener in double boiler. Remove from heat. Pour melted carob into chocolate molds. Fill to half full. Add peanut butter, leaving enough room at the top to add more carob. Add enough carob to completely cover. Refrigerate until set, appr. 20 minutes. Cut into 1" squares, 1/2" deep.

  2. YIELDS 80 PIECES.
